How to rotate a ceiling mounted Light Fixture?

I have a star light fixture and would like to install it to the ceiling so it rotates continually…I’m sure there is an item somewhere that will allow me to do that…any help would be appreciated.

yeah go to lowes and tell them you need parts for a ceiling fan like the adjuster timer and basically everything but the blades and you can hook it up like that
