Method of Assembly…Shall be of the Frustal-Conical design incorporating a two-part tapered plastic sleeve. Engagement and locking shall be accomplished with a protruding bead on the circumference of the plastic sleeve which will match the groove in the post. Two plastic sleeves shall be attached to each corner post for each shelf. Both the sleeves and the corner fitting of the shelves will have the identical taper to create the wedge effect, thereby locking the shelf securely in a rigid position. No screws or other fittings shall be required to effect this assembly. Shelves will be vertically adjustable on 1” increments.? Wood deck? With a 5/8″ thick pre-cut? Non-warping particleboard? Roll-formed steel frame w/baked enamel finish? Steel uprights punched on 1.5″ centers? 1000 lb. capacity
